Bad experience with Clairol Professional staff

I read a article about Clairol Professional Moisture Intensive mask in recent CLEO. I am seraching where can I get it because CLEO didn't mention where it sells. Finally I found a hotline stated in one of pages. I called Clairol hotline. The lady refers me to call another lady. The other lady asked me to call another one. In the end, I still couldn't find where can I get this proudct. I feel that their services is very bad. Is it very difficult to give an answer where sell their products? After encountered this bad experience, I won't buy their product. I do beleive there are lot of better products and services provided by other suppliers.
